  • Equip schools, daycare centers and pediatric clinics to properly administer vision screenings and identify children in need of eye care and glasses.
  • Provide scholarships to children in financial need to receive proper eye care and glasses.
  • Empower optometrists and optometry practices across the country to serve the children of their communities by providing eye care and glasses to scholarship children.
  • Educate and provide materials for optometrists and optometry practices to make use of this philanthropic avenue to build strong relationships with community, staff and patients.

There is a large unmet need for proper detection and follow-up vision care in developing children. Here are some statistics that highlight the critical need for programs and initiatives that ensure all children receive proper vision care.

Prevalence
